How we handle insurance
We are fee-for-service and out-of-network with every PPO. We submit your claims as a courtesy, give you ADA codes and documentation to file yourself, and provide a treatment estimate that includes what your plan may reimburse.
An alternative to a PPO
For most patients from Gilbert and the East Valley, our Clerri Membership Plan is a better fit than a traditional PPO for the kind of care we do.
Phased treatment planning
For larger cases, Dr. Sullivan will lay out a phased plan — what to do now, what to do in six months, what can wait. Every phase has its own timeline and its own number.
