is this you?

This kind of care is often right when you…

Have multiple missing, cracked, or worn teeth

Have existing crowns, bridges, or veneers that keep failing

Chew on one side because the other side hurts

Have been told 'you need a lot of work' by more than one dentist

Aren't sure where to start

Want a smile that looks natural and lasts

Full-mouth reconstruction is rarely urgent. It's almost always worth planning carefully.

A dentist who plans for decades, not visits.

So much of the failed dental work I see could have lasted. When we plan the bite, the aesthetics, and the biology together — not one at a time — the work holds up. That's the whole idea.

the four-layer formula

How we plan a full-mouth case at Artistry in Dentistry

Aesthetics

The smile you want to see when you look in the mirror.

Functional

The bite, jaw, and airway working together instead of fighting.

Structure

The teeth and existing dental work, evaluated honestly.

Biology

The bone and gums that have to support all of it.

technology

See the plan before we start.

Digital treatment planning means you see your own case on the monitor before anything is prepared.

CT / CBCT 3D imaging
A full picture of bone, joints, and airway — not just the teeth.
Digital scanners
No goopy impressions; precise digital records of every tooth.
CEREC
Precision same-day crowns when appropriate.
Solea laser
Gentler soft-tissue work — often meaning cavities treated without needing to be numb.
VideaAI
AI-assisted x-ray screening and diagnostics.
Digital treatment planning
Every option, with the trade-offs of each, before you decide.
what to expect

How a full-mouth plan is built.

1

Full records visit

About 90 minutes. Photos, CT / CBCT scan, digital scans, bite analysis. Nothing rushed.

2

Consultation with Dr. Sullivan

You see your own case on the monitor. We walk the four layers together and build treatment options — every option, with the trade-offs of each.

3

Phased treatment

We rarely do everything at once. We sequence the work so you can pace the investment and the recovery.

investment

How patients pay for this care.

Artistry in Dentistry is fee-for-service and out-of-network with every PPO. We submit to insurance as a courtesy but do not participate in any plan — that is how we protect the standard of care we are willing to sign our name to. Most patients use one or more of: our in-house Clerri Membership, third-party financing through CareCredit, Proceed, or iCreditWorks, or a phased treatment plan spread over time. Full-mouth reconstruction is a real investment. We build every plan to be paced in a way that works for your life.

one more thing

Nervous about calling?

The hardest part is picking up the phone. Just call — we take it from there.

Full-mouth reconstruction FAQ

How long does full-mouth reconstruction take?

Anywhere from a few months to over a year, depending on the case. We plan in phases so you always know what is next.

Do I have to redo work that has already been done?

Not automatically. In the diagnostic visit we look at every existing restoration honestly. Some work stays; some needs to come out to reach a stable long-term result.

Are dental implants part of this?

Often, when replacing missing teeth is part of the plan.

Is sedation available?

Yes. See our Sedation page for the options we offer and when each is right.

Do you offer financing?

We are out-of-network with every PPO and submit as a courtesy. Most patients use a combination of our Clerri Membership, third-party financing (CareCredit, Proceed, iCreditWorks), and phased treatment.

Can I see cases you have done?

Yes — see our Smile Stories page. Every case published there is with patient permission.
